About MonteMan

The idea for MonteMan came back in 2010 by Extreme Athlete and Adventurer Dejan Milosevic.

This multi-day challenge will exhaust every last ounce of your strength, but those who persevere and cross the finish line will carry the title of MonteMan for a lifetime.

Over 270 kilometers of running or walking will push your physical and mental boundaries. You'll encounter the grueling ascent to the highest peak of Durmitor, Bobotov Kuk, standing proudly at 2523 meters above sea level. After running, the race transitions to a demanding 290-kilometer cycling stage. As if that's not enough, participants will then paddle 120 kilometers of kayaking.

In total, the MonteMan covers an astonishing distance of 700 km.

Brace yourself for unpredictable weather conditions, with the scorching heat or bone-chilling cold adding an additional layer of challenge. Extreme exertion, fatigue, sleep deprivation, and battling the formidable waves of the open sea will put your resilience to the test. Only the strongest and most prepared individuals can endure the physical and mental strain required to become a true MonteMan.

Adding to the gravity of the race, time ticks away relentlessly. So warrior if you are brave enough step out, embrace the hardships, overcome the obstacles, and let the relentless ticking of the clock drive you to triumph. The path may be arduous, but the reward is priceless
